Mike Tyson Crisis!!!

Mike Tyson four year old daughter Exodus died from a tragic accident. Her seven year old brother found her in the gym room of their home with a tredmill cord wrapped around her neck. The seven year old boy reported the mother who was in another room in the house. The mother called the police but once she got to the hospital she was in very critical condition. Unfortunately Exodus died later. WHO'S TO BLAME? we dont know who exactly to blame. With the information we have so far there is no one to really blame beacause we dont have enough info. Exodus mother should have been in the room with the little girl. The mother shoould have never let the little girl be inside the room by her self because of the possible injuries she could have suffered from the dangerous equipment in the room. Wheter the mother was just stepping out for a mintue or was never in the room the child should never be alone in such a dangerous enviroment. Could this be a case of neglect?
