Persuading children to eat healthy food is not always the easiest job. Children are often picky with their foods, especially the "green one's." Children love fruits which is good because they incredibly healthy, however, children do not like their veggies. In order to get children involved in eating healthy foods, you have to reassure the child that eating healthy is the best way to eat. Some ways you can get children to eat healthy is by tasting the food your self and yelling them how delicious it is and why it is good for you, another way is to make the food fun.
